FS24-7 Ltd. operates with a service infrastructure comprised of three main elements: a highly skilled technical support group, a cost-effective field service model with a broad area of coverage, and a flexible and responsive single point dispatch capability.

Our technicians and associates are individually trained to support our specific client needs. We develop training in conjunction with our clients so that specific technical needs are met when we are on site. This gives our clients the confidence that our team has both the skills and tools necessary to respond to most any field needs.

Our systems also offer our clients with level 1 support. FS24-7 has associates certified in many different fields. In coordinating with our clients, we verify the level 1 support our clients need and then develop the support package necessary to meet our clients' needs. 

FS24-7 also offers project management services, so that we can streamline the overhead our clients need to roll out their projects. We produce a one point focus for our clients so that they have more time and energy to focus on their core needs.

Our goal is to produce a vehicle where our clients will be better able to control their non-revenue enhancing IT expenses through a solid and proven network of local technicians. FS24-7 wants to provide a complete remote support program that is streamlined specifically to their client's needs.

History
FS24-7 Ltd. grew from providing quality, competent network support in the midwest for national carriers and clients. We specialized in providing prompt responses to client needs. Over time, our clients sought our support over an ever expanding territory. We grew our support by word of mouth and negotiations to where we provide services through an ever expanding territory.
